thinkActive

About thinkActive

thinkActive is a design-research project that aims to develop services that will enable people with memory problems to live physically active lifestyles.

Including physical activity in everyday routines can improve cognitive function. Maintaining an active lifestyle may also improve quality of life for people living with a memory problem in later life.

15 people with memory problems (and in some cases their partners) kindly volunteered their time to engage in an exploration into the opportunities to increase physical activity levels. The research is currently being analysed and we hope to release our findings soon.

Below you can find a short video presentation of our initial research findings. Watch this space for further developments.
